Roxy (VW T2 Campervan “Early Bay”)
Seats 7 | Manual Gearbox | Minimum age of driver 21 years old | Availability: All year
Manufactured in 1972 the Volkswagen T2 Campervan which we affectionately named ‘Roxy’ was built between August 1967 and July 1979 which makes it one of 3,292,272 bay window vans that benefit from the famous air cooled engine from the T2 Bay finished production. Couple this with the six foot Paris Beetle style sunroof and you have a truly authentic experience.
Over the last couple of years Roxy has undergone a full restoration, really bringing out the true beauty of this vintage gem. Boasting a luxurious captain style interior, full 180° swivel front seating, this allows everyone to be forward facing for dining and images. Seating 5 comfortably in the rear lounge area due to Roxy having a well-designed L shape layout. Roxy offers plenty of boot storage and offers an area where the seats fold to make a double bed. For this reason Roxy is fitted with privacy glass. Also with a collapsible dining table and roofline and floor level lighting, Roxy really does offer the full package.
